The 43rd annual Riverton Rendezvous Balloon Rally will be held on July 14-16, with balloons launching from the CWC soccer fields at 6 a.m. on each day (weather permitting). There will be a pilot/sponsor social starting at 5 p.m. on July 14. During the Saturday night balloon glow, there will be live music and food vendors. The Lander landfill will have a Household Hazardous Waste Free Drop-Off event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 15. Residents will be able to drop off hazardous waste such as oil-based paints, lithium batteries, and prescription medications for free. The CWC Art Exhibit Reception will be held on July 15.

Bingo is held at the Riverton Senior Center at 7 p.m. on the first and third Friday of each month, and at 11 a.m. every Wednesday.

The Riverton Senior Center offers a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m.-9 a.m. on the second and fourth Friday of each month. They suggest a $6 donation.

The Lander Art Center offers open clay studio every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5-7 p.m. and every Saturday from 12-2 p.m.

Free Power Punch Parkinson’s classes are held every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at Teton Therapy’s Lander clinic, 425 Lincoln Street.

RIVERTON KIWANIS meets each Thursday at noon at CWC Intertribal Center.
