All suspects are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.

June 28

• 8:09 a.m. Airport Hill — Animal control picked up a female husky after receiving a report of a dog at large. The dog was taken to PAWS.

• 8:50 a.m. North Federal Boulevard — A citizen attempted to report an incident. It was reportedly difficult to hear them through the speakers, but police believed they may have been there to report an assault.

• 9:05 a.m. 100 block East Adams — A report was started about a family fight. No arrests were made.

• 9:30 a.m. 700 block North Federal Boulevard — A potential victim of assault was reportedly located sitting behind a dumpster, and stated that he had not been assaulted but had fallen. 

• 10:13 a.m. East Fremont Avenue — Police received a report of someone having dropped off a large white cat in the area. A report is pending.

• 10:54 a.m. West Park Avenue — Charlo Yellowfox, 35, Riverton, was cited for having an open container of alcohol after he was reportedly found in possession of an open bottle of vodka near the Riverton Library.

• 12:08 p.m. North Federal Boulevard — Police received a report of an upset customer. The subject reportedly stated that a woman threw several items on a vehicle. 

• 12:43 p.m. East Fremont Avenue — Donelle Littleshield, 35, Arapahoe, was arrested for public intoxication with a blood-alcohol content measured at 0.3%.

• 12:49 p.m. Downs Circle — A report was received of a white van following two people on bikes. Officers were unable to locate a vehicle matching the given description in the area.

• 1:07 p.m. North Eighth Street West — A report was received of a vicious dog.

• 1:33 p.m. South Smith Road — A report was received of a found puppy.

• 2:20 p.m. Blackfoot Avenue — Police received a report of a man who had been sitting in a parked Kia Spectra since the previous night and conducted a welfare check. There was reportedly no one in the vehicle when officers arrived.

• 2:54 p.m. Riverton area — Police received a report from a man that his 83-year-old mother had gone missing. She was reportedly located in Glendo by Highway Patrol.

• 3:15 p.m. 600 block North Federal Boulevard — Police received a report of a large group of people loitering, one of whom was laying down. It was later reported that the 65-year-old man had a laceration on his face and was unable to walk. 

• 3:22 p.m. 900 block West Washington Avenue — Police reportedly located and advised the owner of a jeep which had been parked in front of the access to a property for over a year.

• 3:34 p.m. 700 block East Roosevelt Avenue — Police received a report of a person passed out in a parking lot. Dawn Addison, 44, Evansville, was found to have an active Fremont County warrant and was arrested.

• 4:09 p.m. 600 block North Federal Boulevard — Police responded to a call about someone who appeared to be unable to walk or care for themselves, and were reportedly unable to locate the subject.

• 4:19 p.m. North Seventh Street East — Police received a report that a man had fallen out of his wheelchair. 

• 4:23 p.m. 400 block North Federal Boulevard — Police received a report that a woman was being assaulted by a man with a stick. The responding officer reported that the reporting party confronted the man with racial slurs prior to the officer’s arrival, and that the man subsequently threw a stick at her which scratched her leg. Antonio Miller was cited for battery; Agnes Brown, 50, Riverton, was found to have a Riverton city warrant and was arrested.

• 4:53 p.m. North Seventh Street East — Police received a report about an intoxicated woman who had fallen out of her chair. Officers were unable to locate the woman.

• 5:17 p.m. 800 block North First Street — Police received a report that a woman’s tenants had been harassing her by tormenting her dog and putting trash in front of her door. 

• 5:27 p.m. 1000 block East Main Street — Police conducted a welfare check on a man who reportedly was riding his bicycle while drunk. The man appeared to have safely made it home.

• 5:32 p.m. 2300 block East Adams Avenue — Thomas Shakespeare, 54, Riverton, was arrested for violating his parole. Shakespeare’s blood-alcohol content was measured at 0.217%.

• 6:39 p.m. West Park Avenue — Police received a report of a man who was passed out on the sidewalk. Officers were unable to locate the man.

• 7:59 p.m. Diamond Drive — Police received a report that someone had been screaming for five minutes. Officers responded and reported that everything was OK.

• 9:04 p.m. 500 block East Monroe Avenue — Police received a report of several gunshots toward Broadway Avenue. Officers believe this was most likely fireworks.

• 9:33 p.m. 600 block South Fourth Street — Police conducted a welfare check on someone who had reportedly been in a bad place and hadn’t been to work for three days. A report is pending.

• 10:00 p.m. 1200 block East Washington Avenue — Bradley Mulford, 18, Fort Washakie, was reportedly driving a car which struck two parked cars, causing major damage to all three involved vehicles. When he failed field sobriety test he was arrested for driving while under the influence, no valid driver’s license and possession of marijuana.

June 29

• 12:00 a.m. 2400 block East Adams Avenue — Police received a report from someone whose daughter had stolen their car, a black Toyota.

• 2:47 a.m. 300 block East Fremont Avenue — An argument was reportedly in progress in regards to a 2019 Chevy Silverado when officers arrived. Brittany Duckens, 33, Houston, was cited for disturbance and Winston Wilson, 31, Houston, was arrested for disturbance and interference.

• 3:32 a.m. 400 block North Second Street West — Officers assisted the fire department after receiving a report that smoke was coming out of the front door of a building.

• 4:48 a.m. 1200 block West Main Street — Police received a report about two apparently intoxicated men bothering customers outside of a liquor store for money. No arrests were made.

• 5:36 a.m. Riverton area — A report came in from the Big Horn County sheriff’s office about a possible suicidal subject driving a black vehicle. 

• 6:02 a.m. 4800 Airport Road — A female passenger reportedly forgot she had a 9mm pistol in her backpack and attempted to go through airport security. When the pistol was discovered she was interviewed by the on-scene officer and then escorted back to her vehicle to store her pistol. She was then allowed onto the flight.
