The Wyoming Arts Council is now accepting applications for the Native Art Fellowship, a $3,000 unrestricted award of merit honoring the work of Native artists based in Wyoming. The Northern Arapaho Tour Rodeo will be held at the Fremont County Fairgrounds on June 9-11. Early sales tickets can be purchased at the Wind River Casino gift shop.

The Northern Arapaho General Council Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on June 10, at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete. If a quorum of 150 members is not established by 10:30 a.m., the meeting will be canceled with a new date set. Agenda items will be accepted through May 31 at 4:45 p.m.

The Riverton Volleyball Club will hold a live auction fundraiser to go to nationals at the Elks Lodge at 207 East Main Street in Riverton, at 6 p.m. on June 10.

Sinks Canyon State Park is offering a free Stars of Sinks Canyon program at 10 p.m. on June 10. Meet at the Visitors Center to learn various constellations and why dark skies are critical to human and animal survival. 

Explore the greater South Pass National Historic Landmark with retired BLM Archaeologist Craig Bromley on the South Pass Trek on June 10.  Meet at the South Pass City Dance Hall at 11 a.m. Bring a full tank of gas, water, hiking boots and your curiosity. June 10 is Shoshoni Day, starting with a pancake breakfast at the SDR building, 97 South Maple Street, from 7-10 a.m., followed by the Wind River Flywheelers. The 27th Wind River Flywheeler Antique Engine and Tractor Show will be at the
