Arrests
• Patrick Brown-Whiteplumd 26, Riverton, was arrested on a court order.
• Dakota L. McKim 32, Riverton, was arrested on two failure to appear warrants.
• Jocelyn L. White, 41, Riverton, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
• Paula S. Abeyta, 56, Lander, was arrested for revocation of probation.
• William L. Finders, 32, Rock Springs, Wyo., was arrested for revocation of probation.
• Jim C. Freeman Jr., Teee Nos Pos, Ariz., was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
• Amy J. Lawson, 26, Arapahoe, was arrested on a warrant from Sweetwater County.
• Jeffrey Underwood, 37, was arrested on national NCIC warrant.
May 10
• 11:45 a.m. 460 Railroad Street, Lander, FCSO – A person reported they had been scammed out of $2,500. A report was taken.
• 5:05 p.m. 91 Lost Wells Butte Drive, Riverton – A male subject was screaming at a pitbull attacking his dog. A female at the scene was bitten but refused medical treatment. The aggressive dog was taken to PAWS.
• 8 p.m. Riverton area. A report of a theft is pending.
May 9
• 8:26 a.m. Hudson/Atlantic City Road – A report was made of illegal dumping of tires, pallets, and lattice wood fencing materials.
• 8:26 p.m. Milepost 114 Highway 26, Kinnear – An injury vehicle crash was reported and it was investigated by state troopers.

May 10
• 12:37 p.m. 501 East Main, Post Office – An 87-year-old woman was reported confused and lost; officers reunited her with her husband.
• 1:30 p.m. 600 block East Pershing – A fight was reported. Doug Bigmedicine, 45, Ethete, was arrested for public intoxication and Marie Lonebear, 43, Arapahoe, and Sioux Morado, 23, Riverton, were each arrested for fighting in public. In addition both Morado and Lonebear also had Riverton city warrants for their arrest.
May 9
• 9:56 a.m. Sioux Avenue – Someone apparently entered a home while the reporting party was asleep between midnight and 9 a.m. and took a PlayStation.
• 1:20 p.m. 816 North Federal, Municipal Court – Dawn Bell, 42, Riverton, was served a promise to appear warrant while in city court.
• 2:41 p.m. 816 North Federal, Municipal Court – While serving Ariel C’Bearing, 21, Riverton, with a Riverton municipal warrant officers learned that she also had three Fremont County warrants for failure to appear and she was taken into custody.
• 5:07 p.m. Riverton area – A complaint was received that someone was opening up accounts at various businesses in the reporting party’s and her husband’s names.
• 5:50 p.m. 600 block Edith Street – A three-year-old boy had escaped through his nearby bedroom window and was re-united with his father.
• 6:55 p.m. 816 North Federal, RPD – Alfred Willow, 40, Ethete, was arrested on a Fremont County warrant for probation revocation.
• 7:19 p.m. 900 block East Pershing – Quade Friday, 19, Riverton, was arrested for MUI. According to a police report, when Friday was initially arrested he ran from officers and when caught he cursed the arresting officer using many racial epithets, spit at them, attempted to kick the divider out in the police car, kicked one of the officers in the leg and another officer was kicked on the right side of her face. He was then also charged with resisting and battery.
• 7:50 p.m. 1000 block East Pershing – Lucinda Wallowingbull, 30, Riverton, was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself and was arrested for public intoxication.
• 8:23 p.m. 600 block North Federal – Chauncey Friday, 56, Ethete, was arrested for trespassing.
