Arrests

• Misti Duran, 30, was arrested on a county warrant. 

• Carissa Padilla, 46, was arrested on a Colorado full-extradition warrant.

• Isaiah Monroe, no date of birth listed, was arrested for battery and domestic violence.

• Rastacia Monroe, was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.

• Leandra James, was arrested for being an intoxicated pedestrian on a highway.

May 3

• 11:56 a.m. South Oklahoma Avenue, Hudson – Deputies were called on a report of a burglary. 

• 12:43 p.m. Rendezvous Road, Arapahoe – Deputies received a report of vandalism. 

• 1:02 p.m. Highway 133, Pavillion area – Loud explosions were the result of target practice using tannerite.

• 2:38 p.m. Red Rocks, Dubois – Deputies were called on a report of vandalism by kids scratching rocks.

• 8 p.m. Country Acres Road/Honor Farm Road, Riverton – A motorist was issued a citation for racing and striking a road sign. 

• Grass fires were reported on Trout Creek Road at Fort Washakie, Shotgun Butte Road at Pavillion, Little Shield Road at St. Stephens, on Haymaker Road near Riverton and again on Little Shield Road. A smoke investigation was done at an address at Ethete. 

May 5

• 12:51 p.m. Country Acres Road, Riverton – A caller reported spotting a laptop computer along the side of the road. A deputy was able to locate the owner and returned it.

May 6

• 8:41 a.m. The coroner was called on a report of a deceased individual.

May 7

• 7:04 a.m. 8600 Highway 789, Lander – A two-vehicle head-on crash was reported with one white truck off  the road into the barrow ditch and a silver passenger crash in the middle of the road with significant front-end damage. 

• 11:58 a.m. Hutchinson Road, Riverton – A firearm was found in a pasture and reported. 

• 3:28 p.m. Aster Street, Lander – An attempted burglary was reported at a shop building. The owner found damage to the door and deadbolt lock.

May 3

• 10:57 a.m. 816 North Federal, RPD – Aleeah Crispin, 48, was served nine city warrants with promise to appear in municipal court. 

• 11:41 a.m. 600 block North Federal – Police received a report of fraudulent cashing of a check. 

• 12:19 p.m. 700 block North Federal – Chauncey Friday, 56, Ethete, was arrested for public intoxication.

• 1:14 p.m. 800 block North Federal – Officers located two shoplifting suspects nearby and Crystal Moss, 34, Riverton, reportedly initially gave them a false name. When her real name was determined she had a Fremont County warrant for which she was arrested and she was also charged with interference. Tashena Jealous, 37, Ethete, was arrested for shoplifting after allegedly stealing jerky.

• 5:16 p.m. 200 block East Sunset – A fight was reported. An officer contacted an apparent male victim who was bleeding from the face but he refused to identify himself and told officers to leave. 

• 5:38 p.m. 600 block Eagle Drive – Deondre Moon, 22, Fort Washakie, was contacted and found to have an active Fremont County warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody.

• 5:39 p.m. 300 block North Federal – Officers received a report of an assault and located Marcellow Harris, 27, Riverton, hiding under a nearby truck and arrested him for battery. The 22-year-old male victim was transported by EMS to the hospital with an eye injury. 

• 7:02 p.m. 300 block North Federal – Dudley, C’Bearing, 37, Fort Washakie, was arrested for public intoxication.

• 7:05 p.m. Cheyenne Avenue – Newell Duran, 34, Arapahoe, was contacted and found to have a Fremont County warrant for which he was arrested.

• 7:08 p.m. 300 block South 12th East – Officers were called to an argument and determined that the argument was verbal only, but one of those involved, Donald Allen, 60, Riverton, had a Riverton city warrant and was arrested.

• 9:41 p.m. 100 block Blackfoot Avenue – A home burglary was reported with missing car titles and a phone.

• 11:15 p.m. 300 block North Federal – A female was yelling and throwing stuff off a balcony, including pants, a blanket, and a coat. A 32-year-old female was contacted and issued a trespass notice for the business and left when requested to do so by the officer.

May 4

• 12:33 a.m. 2100 block East Monroe – Eric Underwood, 54, Riverton, was arrested on a Riverton city warrant.

• 1:16 a.m. 300 block North Federal – The woman who was trespassed from a business earlier in the eventing returned. 

• 5:28 a.m. 1300 block East Jackson – Officers located Whisper Hiebert, 18, Riverton, and arrested her for domestic assault for allegedly trying to punch a family member and for underaged consumption with a blood-alcohol content measured at .17 percent. During her arrest she reportedly attempted to “mule kick” the officer but was not charged with that.

• 11:17 a.m. 2400 block Peck Avenue – A CES worker came across a loaded .45 handgun while sorting clothing donations and fired it when they picked it up. The round glanced off the ground and passed through a nearby barrel and left a dent in the side of the building. Police said it is unknown how the gun ended up in the donated clothing and it was not listed in NCIC. The gun still had a round in the chamber but the magazine was empty when booked into evidence. No one was injured. 

• 11:44 a.m. 400 block North Fourth Street West – A fight involving two 10-year-old kids was reported. 

• 11:51 a.m. RHS – A 16-year-old Riverton boy was cited for use of marijuana.

• 9:04 p.m. College Hill Drive – A person was treated at the hospital for a dog bite.

May 5

• 2:27 a.m. 500 block West Park Avenue – Darlynn Seminole, 29, Riveton, was arrested for domestic battery.
