Lander Police reports
February 24
• 7:54 a.m. Milepost 2, Highway 287 – A white Ford truck rand into the Wyoming Community Bank sign and was found in the 900 block of Hobson Street. Shane Dickinson, 46, Lander, was arrested on two warrants, one from Fremont County and the other from the Lander PD.
• 2:40 p.m. A city street sign was knocked over at North Fifth and Johnson streets.
February 25
• 12:12 a.m. 600 block Main Street – Theodore Moss, 35, Riverton, was arrested on a Fremont County warrant.
• 4:23 p.m. 720 East Main Street – The coroner was called for two deceased individuals in a vehicle. A police report said the deaths were from possible asphyxiation. Coroner Erin Ivie confirmed the deaths and said they are under investigation. No further information was available.
• 7:53 p.m. Fremont County Detention Center – Louis Meeks, 31, Ethete, was served an LPD warrant while incarcerated.
• 10:53 p.m. 170 East Main Street – A vehicle was reported to “fly into” the parking lot there with a female hanging off the hood. Arrested was Humberto Alarcon, 34, California, for driving while under the influence and Jeffrey Lock, 22, Lander, was arrested on two Fremont County warrants.
February 26
• 11:46 a.m. 300 block Wood Street – A shop building collapsed under the weight of snow. The owner is out of town for the winter. Utilities at the site were shot off and site was cordoned off. The owner was contacted.
• 8:51 p.m. 800 block Cliff Street – The roof of a vacant store caved in from the weight of snow. The owner was contacted.
February 27
• 12:53 a.m. Lander Valley High School – Seven horses were reported on the road. The owner arrived and handled the situation
• 2:14 a.m. 300 Poor Farm Road – A vehicle was stuck in the snow.
Riverton Police reports
February 24
• 8:02 a.m. 1300 block South Federal – Perci Runningshield, 34, Lander, was arrested on a Fremont County warrant and she was also charged with property destruction for having broken out the kitchen window of a residence at that location with a shovel.
• 9:30 a.m. East Main Street – A REDDI report vehicle was located and stopped and the driver, Kelley Dorman, 60, Riverton, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWUI. A breath sample taken later indicated a BAC of .211 and she also had an active Fremont County warrant.
• 1:06 p.m. 800 block North Federal – A white GMC pick up southbound on Federal approaching its intersection with East Sunset slid on the ice and struck a black Dodge SUV which was stopped for a red light, causing minor damage.
• 1:52 p.m. Sage West Hospital parking lot – A woman called in to report hitting a pole in the parking lot two days ago. A report is pending.
• 4 p.m. 700 North Federal – A 56-year-old male slipped on the ice and cut his head. Officers stood by until EMS arrived.
• 4:02 p.m. 1100 block West Park Avenue – John Antelope, 41, Riverton, could not stand or walk without assistance and was arrested for public intoxication.
• 4:17 p.m. 800 block North Federal – Isaac Spoonhunter, 40, Ethete, was arrested for public intoxication.
• 4:56 p.m. 1200 block North Federal – A business reported a customer who was reportedly rude with store employees and requested he be trespassed from the location.
• 5:39 p.m. Riverton High School – A parking lot fender bender was reported with significant damage to both vehicles. There were no injuries.
• 9:09 p.m. 100 block North Broadway – Torrey Quiver, 31, Riverton, was cited for assault after she pushed another individual to the ground.
February 25
• 3:47 a.m. 1600 Pure Gas Road at Webbwood – A vehicle was stuck in a snowbank and partially blocking traffic. Officers were unable to contact the owner and so it was towed.
• 5:21 a.m. 300 block North Fifth East – An 85-year-old female passed away in her home. There was no indication of foul play.
• 11:12 a.m. 1100 West Main Street – A red Chevrolet Impala struck a light pole. A report was initiated but not completed indicated minor injuries to the driver who was transported to the hospital via private vehicle.
• 12:41 p.m. 500 block East Main Street – A report was taken on a stolen firearm. A Keltec P17 .22 pistol valued at $200 is missing from a closet in the residence and was taken sometime in the last three weeks. A report was taken and the pistol entered into NCIC.
• 2:21 p.m. 1700 Block North Federal – A shoplifting incident was reported and a 30-year-old Riverton woman identified as the suspect. A report was initiated.
• 4:40 p.m. 800 block North Federal – Clement Eagle, 50, Arapahoe, Doug Bigmedicine, 45, Ethete, and Everette Addison, 39, Riverton, were all arrested for trespassing.
• 6:55 p.m. 600 block North Ninth East – A white Suburban was parked at a stop sign, unoccupied. Police were unable to contact the registered owner. The vehicle was towed.
• 10:54 p.m. 800 block North Federal – Two females were refusing to leave a business. The two ladies were contacted and one was asked to leave and did so while the other, Margaret C’Bearing, 47, Arapahoe, had an active Riverton city warrant for which she was arrested.
• 11:16 p.m. 200 block South Third East – Police received a phone call about a subject who sent a Snapchat photo of herself to friends holding a gun with her finger on the trigger. An 11 year-old juvenile was contacted along with her parents and was counseled. The juvenile denied having sent the picture stating it must have been “Photoshopped.”
February 26
• 7:02 a.m. 1700 block North Federal – A shoplifting suspect has been identified and a report is pending.
• 2:25 p.m. 1700 block North Federal – Two vehicles parked opposite of each other backed out at the same time and collided. No injuries were reported.
• 4:05 p.m. 100 block North Ninth West – A 61-year-old male asked for help after falling on some ice. He was transported to the hospital by EMS.
• 5:40 p.m. 1700 block North Federal – A 36-year-old male was cited for shoplifting and released. A report was in progress.
• 6:02 p.m. 800 block East Roosevelt Avenue – Dudley C’Bearing, 36, Fort Washakie, was arrested for public intoxication.
• 7:12 p.m. Major Avenue at West Sunset, RHS – A personal injury vehicle crash was reported between a Dodge Caravan and a Ford Expedition. A report is pending.
• 10:47 a.m. 100 block North Broadway – A 42-year-old man with a split eyebrow was transported to the hospital by EMS.
• 11:56 p.m. 1300 Redwood Drive – A male and a female were reportedly fighting. Officers found no indication of recent fighting when they arrived but one of those involved, Katera Jenkins, 41, Riverton, had an active Riverton warrant and was taken into custody.
February 27
• 2:01 a.m. 400 block Elizabeth Drive – A mother and son who had been drinking together got into an argument over the possible location of a cell phone and the reporting party said the son was trying to break into a room.

Arrests
• Justin Coulston, 34, Fort Washakie, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
• Brittany S. Levine, 36, Dubois, was arrested for interference with a peace officer.
• Louis E. Meeks, 31, Ethete, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
• Loryjay L. SunRodes, 43, Fort Washakie, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence.
February 24
• 2:43 p.m. Dubois area – Deputies are investigating a report of a larceny.
• 11:35 p.m. 700 block Eight Mile Road – A report was received of a truck on its side in the snow. A sheriff’s report indicated there was no damage and no injuries.
February 25
• 7:36 a.m. 200 block Webbwood Road, Riverton – A vehicle slid off the street and through a fence.
• 10:47 a.m. Milepost 116, Kinnear – The Wyoming Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle crash.
• 3:16 p.m. Sinks Canyon Area – A male subject at the Lander Hospital reported being bitten by a dog. A citation was served to the dog’s owner for having a dog at large.
• 10:16 p.m. 1400 River Lane, Riverton – A stud horse was reported out of its enclosure again. The owner of the horse was contacted and warned. By law a stud horse must be fenced in at all times.
February 26
• 12:43 p.m. Two Valley Road at Clay Creek Road, Riverton – A report was received of a vehicle that had gone through a fence knocking down mailboxes and road signs along the way. A report is pending.
• 7:46 p.m. Major Avenue, Riverton – A reported probation violation is under investigation.
• 9:06 p.m. Eight Mile Road at Peterson Road – A motorist reported almost hitting a kid walking down the middle of the road. Deputies were unable to find the pedestrian.
• There were two coroner calls on February 25. Guardian Flight air ambulance was summoned to a personal injury crash at 5:47 p.m. on February 24 near Jeffrey City.
